- I have thousands of clients, worldwide, in all different time zones, and there’s nothing worse than getting phone calls at 3am.
- I can only keep myself organized if it’s in writing as it gives me 100% accuracy and is a much more organized system relieving me of hours of having to transcribe my lousy hand written scribbled notes.
- It enables me to more accurately, and more promptly, reply to my clients.
